Establishment of 200 bedded Mother and Child Hospital in Bahawalnagar.
The Government of Punjab is determined to provide health facilities to the public of Bahawalnagar. Completing this hospital in Bahawalnagar district will bring about revolutionary changes in the health sector of Bahawalnagar district with the availability of the best and world-class facilities for maternal and child treatment. The project cost Rs.5860 million and was handed over to IDAP for construction.
Bahawalnagar Mother and Child Hospital will have the following facilities:
- 15 beds ICU, 25 beds Gwynne ward,
- 80 beds nursery emergency, newborn,
- ICU and HUD and 40 beds in antenatal and postnatal wards.
- Doctor Apartments (3, 2, 1 ) Bed quarters -Hospital Building -Mosque-Car and bikes Parking
Bahawalnagar Mother and Child Hospital is spread over 12.6 acres and includes Doctors Hostel and Students Hostels. MCH Bahawalnagar will be completed in March 2024.
